Leslie E. Kivitz joined the firm in 1995 and
became a principal of Fellman Law Group, P.C. in
2006. With over 25 years experience in the area of
commercial real estate law, Ms. Kivitz began her
career at Wolf, Block, Schorr & Solis-Cohen, LLP in
Philadelphia. After relocating to the Washington,
D.C. Area in 1984, she was an associate and later
became a partner at the firm of Linowes and Blocher
LLP. Prior to joining Kaitz & Fellman, LLP, Leslie
served as a Senior Attorney in the Asset Disposition
Section of the Resolution Trust Corporation in
Washington, D.C. Ms. Kivitz has extensive experience
in all phases of commercial real estate transactions
including the acquisition, development, financing,
construction, leasing and ultimate disposition of
retail, office, industrial and hotel properties and,
over the course of her career, has represented
developers, lenders, tenants and institutional
clients. While at the Resolution Trust Corporation,
she was involved in portfolio sales and auctions of
properties owned and loans made by failed savings
and loan institutions. Her current practice focuses
on the acquisition, development, leasing,
construction, financing and ultimate disposition of
retail properties throughout New England and the
Mid-Atlantic states.
Ms. Kivitz is a magna cum laude graduate of Brown
University. She attended The University of
Pennsylvania Law School where she was awarded the
Order of the Coif.
Leslie resides in Newton, Massachusetts with her
