Ronald M. Fellman has more than twenty-four years of
legal experience as the principal of Fellman Law
Group, P.C. (since May 2005), and prior to the
formation of Fellman Law Group, P.C., as a principal
of Kaitz & Fellman, LLP, and as a Member/Stockholder
(as well as an associate) at Brown, Rudnick, Freed &
Gesmer where Ron headed the firm's real estate
leasing program.
Ron’s practice focuses on all aspects of commercial
real estate transactions including acquisition,
development, leasing and financing of a wide variety
of retail, office and industrial projects throughout
the United States (with a primary focus on projects
in the Mid-Atlantic and New England areas). The
projects in which Ron has been involved range from
single tenant locations to small and mid-sized
shopping centers to power centers of 300,000 –
600,000 square feet. Ron’s experience also includes
negotiating ground leases and leases of both office
and retail space in office buildings (with leases
ranging from 2,500 square feet to over 250,000
square feet).
Mr. Fellman is a graduate of Washington University
(1973) and Harvard Graduate School of Education
(1978), and a cum laude graduate of Boston
University Law School (1983). Ron resides in Newton
with his wife and three children.
